I am not a classically trained photographer. My background is in crime scene photography for a law enforcement agency for over twenty years.
I put down my camera for many years as I associated it with other people's worst days.
In 2021 I made a pledge that I would pick it up again and try to make images that made me happy. I don't shoot for money, I shoot for my health. I enjoy looking for and capturing the beauty around me. I enjoy trips to places I have always wanted to take photos of.
These photos are those memories, and my therapy.
